JavaScript API

The Survicate JavaScript API allows you to trigger and adjust the behaviour of website & in-product surveys. These contextual micro surveys are used to collect in-product user feedback or to get insights from your website visitors.

Survicate library loaded on your page provides the _sva object that can be used to run surveys and adjust their behaviour. The SDK also allows you to pass respondent information to Survicate. Information passed to Survicate can be used to trigger surveys and filter survey results.

JavaScript methods used to trigger Survicate surveys can only be used on paid accounts. Check our pricing page for more details. We refer to this feature as 'Advanced Targeting' or 'JavaScript Targeting'.
